Our Community Guidelines

Welcome! To ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for everyone, please read and follow these guidelines.

Our Philosophy

Finding Answers To is a place for connection, understanding, and mutual support. We believe in the power of shared experiences and strive to create a space where everyone feels comfortable expressing themselves authentically and respectfully. These guidelines help us maintain that positive environment.

Core Principles

  • Respect & Empathy: Treat everyone with kindness, respect, and understanding. Listen to different perspectives, even if you disagree. Empathy is key to our community.
  • Safety & Anonymity: We are committed to protecting your privacy and safety. Do not share personally identifiable information about yourself or others that you wish to keep private. Respect the anonymity of others.
  • Support & Constructiveness: Offer support, encouragement, and constructive feedback. Aim to build each other up.
  • Inclusivity: We welcome individuals from all backgrounds. Discrimination or hate speech will not be tolerated.

Expected Behaviors

  • Be Kind and Courteous: Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.
  • Stay On Topic: When participating in specific forum discussions or groups, try to keep your contributions relevant to the topic at hand.
  • Share Responsibly: Share your experiences and insights, but avoid making definitive statements that could be misconstrued as professional advice.
  • Use Trigger Warnings: If discussing sensitive topics that might be triggering for others (e.g., specific traumas, self-harm), please use appropriate content warnings.
